Have moved servers and the site keeps going into setup mode

    I’ve been trying to move our WP site from one server to another one. For some reason, the site automatically goes into setup mode when you attempt to load it, despite there being data in the database and the $table_prefix variable in wp-config.php pointing to the right prefixes in the database.

    Is there a switch somewhere that might be fooling WP into thinking it’s not set up properly, or is it more complicated than that? I don’t want to set it up again if I can help it!

    Ah, realised what the problem was. I had database tables prefixed by something like

    wp_8rh9cj_

    and in wp_config $table_prefix was

    wp_8rh9cj

    Missing underscore. Doh.
