    Hmm. that’s odd. My speculation is that that old browser doesn’t support CSS sizing or something about the particular image format.

    To start I’d recommend changing the image from png to bmp or jpg and see how that renders.

    Also – you may want to try viewing the image by itself on that older system’s browser to see how it renders.

    P.S. If that doesn’t work please tell the client to talk to me, maybe I can convince them to update their machine so they start living in the 21st century ??
