@opopop – They appear to be using the Basic Compact Album display for the images being displayed with NextGEN Gallery functionality.

@opopop – Hey may be this help you as it did for me. The Tutorial for using plugin is here just check it according to your NextGen version and the remaining thing is done with css.

do you have same plugin for videos ?

@opopop – No, we do not. We will continue to look at how to includes videos within NextGEN Gallery but we also do not have a timeline for when that may be.
