Display Issue

  • I tried logging into the Timely Support forum, but it is throwing an ‘Internal Server Error’, so I’m posting my problem here.

    I have been ‘otherwise occupied’ for a few months and have been away from working with my websites. I just went to post a two day event to https://www.lcoc-moaa.org AND https://www.arklatexmoaa.org and I’m seeing the same problem with both sites. The LCOC website is running WP 3.9.1 and ai1ec 2.0.13. The arklatexmoaa website is running WP 3.9.1 and ai1ec 2.0.12. (I initially thought the problem might be ai1ec version specific) The event I’m having the problem with starts at 5:00pm 19 September and ends at 2:00pm 20 September. The display issues are as follows:

    LCOC:

    Agenda View: on the 19th, beginning and end dates are displayed, BUT nothing displays for the 20th.
    Day View: event time displays correct on the 19th, end date/time not displayed. For the 20th, the blue area for the event is displayed BUT no text whatsoever is displayed.
    Month View: only displays on Friday, 19 September, nothing displays for Saturday, 20 September.
    Week View: Both the Friday and Saturday times are displayed in blue BUT no text for Saturday is displayed.
    Posterboard and Stream Views: displays correctly – no issues.

    ARKLATEXMOAA:
    All views except Week View are the same for both websites
    Week View for the ARKLATEXMOAA website: Nothing display for the event on either Friday or Saturday.
