    Hi Camu, I’ve just discovered that SlimStat has not been gathering any data since the past month, and I have no idea why. The Overview page and other pages are just empty, as though nobody had visited the website at all. (But data from over a month ago is still there if I change the date range).

    The SlimStat settings have not been changed for ages, and I’ve just checked that they’re all still set correctly. I can also see the reference to the ‘wp-slimstat.js’ file, and the SlimStatParams, in the page source code.

    I had been running Wordfence with its caching feature enabled, but I’ve just now disabled that and it doesn’t seem to have made a difference.

    What can I do to troubleshoot this?

    No, it’s still not working actually. I thought it was conflicting with Wordfence’s caching feature but I’ve disabled that and I’m still not getting any stats.

    Any ideas?

    We are experiencing the same problem here.
    All current and past stats are gone

    Hi Camu, for some reason I can’t view my ticket in your support system anymore. When I click on the link in one of the emails I’ve received from your system – the link called “view this ticket’s progress online” – it just redirects me to a page where it asks me to sign in – but I can’t, because I don’t have an account on your support site (I never created one).

    The link was working fine yesterday when I clicked it – it would always take me to the ticket itself. Has something broken?

    We are upgrading our software, but old tickets should have been imported correctly. I will look into this. In the meanwhile, please use the email address to communicate with our support team.

    I cannot seem able to reproduce the issue with other tickets. Could you send us a message to support @ our domain?

    I just replied to the ticket. Basically the only thing we can do is to take a look at the issue on your server via screen share.

    Thanks for replying Camu. It’s not fixed yet, and I’ll have to come back to this in a few days as I’m currently working on another time-sensitive update on the website this week. I’ll keep you posted! ??
