Images aren't attaching to posts

Howdy! Perfect plugin, one small problem though, the images that are being inserted into the posts aren’t being attached to the post. Would it be possible to have the images attach themselves? My theme is listing all the children attachments of submissions, but the images are being ignored since they’re not actually attached.
