Minamaze header size

  • Can anyone tell me what the proper sizes (ppi) for the header on the miniamaze theme is? I’ve searched high and low and tried various sizes but they all look stretched or wrong, no matter what size I use.
    I have version 1.4.3 .. I’ve tried the 1600×200 that’s suggested on the site but doesn’t work.
    I’m creating it in photoshop.

  • I was literally JUST looking for the answer to this question. All of my pics are just ever so slightly off and my next task is to finesse that….

    LittleB: if its helpful, i just did something that worked for me, which was to make a canvas that was the width of my slider (I have mine set to the 350px default) and the height of 1000px. I then drooped my image into that canvas, adjusted how I wanted it to fall within that image size, flattened, and then uploaded. Worked really well as I had an image where the subjects of the photos were previously getting their heads cut off…

    OK so after much experimenting on a 15″ laptop I have found 1200 x 350 works best, with max height left as default 350 the images also look great on iPhone, 27″ Mac, and iPad.
