Sounds like a javascript error in your admin? Have you tried deactivating plugins to see if one is the cause? Are all your plugins up to date?

everything is up to date, I only started working with it few days ago and keen to get website going this weekend.

I have enabled woocommerce inventory setting yes ?? Which plugins do I need to deactivate? Like all of them and then activate them again?

Yes, Just to see if there is a error caused by one.

how would I know. After each one I deactivate try it each time then reactive again? So far nothing is changing
