roll over image change – list

i’m wondering if there is a simple-ish way to do this…

i have a list of text and with each list item there is a corresponding image i would like to display. i’m looking for a way to display the image when the list item is mousedover. i would like the displayed image to be in one designated place – as in, there is one image “box” where the image changes when the listed text is moused over.

is there a plug-in or some coding direction. i have been looking all over.

my site isn’t live yet. and i’m still looking for a good example of what i’m hoping to achieve.

any help is appreciated.
