customize ‘send to editor’ html

hello,
does anyone know how i can change the html that gets inserted into the editor when i press ‘send to editor’ on an uploaded image ?
the default is something like:
< a TITLE=”my title” HREF=”https://website.net/wp/wp-content/uploads/2007/01/photo.jpg”><img ALT=”my title” SRC=”https://website.net/wp/wp-content/uploads/2007/01/photo.thumbnail.jpg” />< /a>
and i would like to change it.
