removes HTML Entities on adv load

    Hi,
    SAM, in last version, removes (not encodes correctly in outputting) html entities in ad panel, es. I inserted:
    <a id="iphone" href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/velvetland/id662111981?mt=8&amp;uo=4" target="itunes_store">
    it saves correctly, and if I re-open the ad I see:
    <a id="iphone" href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/velvetland/id662111981?mt=8&uo=4" target="itunes_store">

    (difference is the &amp; that becomes &)
