I have Comment Rating Field Pro Plugin v. 1.5. We are using the plugin to allow ratings of a post category called ‘contractors’ on our website. See here for the for the contractors list: https://www.akenergyefficiency.org/find-an-energy-pro/ . This list and the individual entries displayed when you click on a contractor should show the average rating. It is correctly doing so for 3 of the contractors. When you are on an individual listing such as: https://www.akenergyefficiency.org/contractors/one-island-energy/ you should also see the average and you can click on the text ‘Show or write reviews’ for the comments. As you can see from this example, the contractor does have reviews (comments) which include ratings, however the average rating is erroneously listed as 0 from 0 reviews. I can not find any difference between the contractors for which this average rating function is working and those, such as the example above, where it is not.

When I look at the custom fields for the contractors for which the function is working, I see that crfp-average-rating and crfp-total-ratings have the correct numbers in them, but when I go to the edit screen on contractors for which it is not working, these custom fields have 0 in them, even though the comments with ratings are listed perfectly fine below.
Thanks so much for your help and let me know if I can provide any additional information!

You’d need to upgrade to 2.0.6, which is the latest version.

We’re unable to support old versions.
