Looking for a plugin for user account / control

Hello,

I create videos for Photoshop editing. These are custom videos showing users how to do things, built specifically for each user.

At the moment I record my videos, upload them to a sub-directory on my site and provide the user with the URL to that directory.

I’d really like to be able to give the user their own login details and have them login and have access to their video through WordPress.

Having the facility to see when the user has logged in would also be really helpful.

Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow me to do this?

If someone could help me out, I’d be very grateful.
