• I don’t want any visitor to my blog (https://www.navilyn.com/blog) to be able to email me. They should only be able to leave a comment, and I get emailed BEFORE is shows on the Blog comment list…

My real question is, is there anything else I need to do to stop people knowing my email address? Also, the email address in my Options / General is only EVER visible to me, correct?

    Thanks in advance

  • Unless you put up your email address on your blog – I don’t see how could anybody email you. So, I can not interpret your question.

No, that’s fine, you’ve actually answered it! Thanks again for the quick replies…

Seems like a simple one. Your email address is not available to the public by default.

If you are just concerned about spam and such, but wouldn’t mind contact from your blog, try one of the contact form plugins. Visitors can thereby email you without knowing your email address, and your email is never harvested by spambots and the like.
