Post security extensions?

  • Hi all,
    My name is Sarah Michele Ford. I’m a PhD candidate in sociology at the University of Massachusetts, and I’m writing my dissertation on changes in contemporary conceptions of public and private. To that end, I am doing an in-depth study of personal bloggers and how they think about public and private. Before I can write my survey, though, I need to understand the post security features available on the various blogging systems.

    To that end, I turn to you folks here. What post security extensions exist for WordPress? (I’m a wordpress.com user, so I’m familiar with the global and post-by-post controls on that side of things.) How are they used? What sorts of control do they give you?
