    Hi Ricard,
I noticed something strange on a site I am developing.

I had been adding random thumbs up and down and then at one point I deleted all the metadata to “start over”.

The strangest thing is though that although the thumb counts are all back to zero, I still get the message that “you already voted” on these posts/pages.

What can I do to completely “reset” the plugin?

    Cheers,
    Piet

    Piet,

The plugin stores data in your browser’s local storage. You can either clear the cache, use the incognito mode or change browser.

I tried the incognito mode (FF 30.0), but that didn’t have the desired effect, neither did clearing my cache.
    Different browser does work though.

    Imposible ??

Like I said the plugin only stores data in the browser, nowhere else.

If you change browsers you don’t have that data (unless you already did it in that browser!).

hmmm strange, will try it again then…

it’s not so important anyways as it only becomes an “issue” when testing things out.
