DOS and UNIX style line ending

    I have a WARNING when I check my theme with theme check.

    That is

    Both DOS and UNIX style line endings were found in the file functions.php. This causes a problem with SVN repositories and must be corrected before the theme can be accepted. Please change the file to use only one style of line endings.

    How do I fix this ?

    Do I have to fix the RECOMMANDED , too ?
