• Great and complete plug-in!

    This is my web: https://pequecultinquieto.com/

There are 3 things that I can′t change in the widget:

    1. I would like to have first the title of the event and the hour in the above line.
    Example:
Día de la música en familia
    5:00 pm

    2. To stop the roll-over on the date on the left. To stop the change to black colour.

    3. When roll-over on the title to show just the title, place, time and image of the event. To disable the description text.

    Thank you in advance!

  • To do this you want to create a calendar child theme.

    https://time.ly/document/customize-calendar/create-new-calendar-theme/

Then you can copy and edit the twig files from …../all-in-one-event-calendar/public/themes-ai1ec/vortex/twig/ to the twig directory in your calendar child theme and edit them to add/remove/re-arrange the order of output.

Note that you only need to copy (then edit) the twig files that you want different output in. Any file that isn’t present in the calendar child theme will get its corresponding equivalent from the Vortex calendar theme.

eg: event-popup.twig controls the detail for the mouse-over popup. You can copy this to the calendar child theme and then edit it to show only what you want.

There was already a themes-ai1ec folder but not inside the “themes” folder.
Do the folder themes-ai1ec has to be inside the theme folder? Because it is inside the “wp-content” folder.

What calendar theme do I have to choose in order to change the correspondence files?

Can I modify the php files (eg. agenda-widget.php) or just the twig files?

    I am a bit confused. :-s

The files are supposed to be located in …../wp-content/theme-ai1ec/ – These are calendar themes, not WP site themes, hence the different directory name.

If you upgraded from 1.x, then you need to clear the old theme files out first as 2.x will not properly process 1.x theme files.

You can then create your own calendar theme (do not use an existing theme name, and make sure to edit the theme file style.css with relevant info in your NEW theme). This is all in the link at https://time.ly/document/customize-calendar/create-new-calendar-theme/

Once you create a brand new template theme, you can then proceed by editing the twig templates (no PHP).
