Themes from wpmudev are cheap. What's the catch?

    Hello,
    It seems one can purchase a theme for a multisite for $19 dollars from https://premium.wpmudev.org/.

    That is less much cheaper than any other WP multisite premium theme I have seen to date.

    What is the catch?
    Will I really be able to get away with $19 cost?
