You can use code like this to search and replace “now” in your level cost text:

function my_pmpro_level_cost_text($text, $level) {
 return str_replace("now", "", $text);
}
add_filter('pmpro_level_cost_text', 'my_pmpro_level_cost_text', 10, 2);

You can add that to your theme’s functions.php file or a customizations plguin.
