Internal server error 500

Hello,

I am very new at this and I have been working on a website for our charity and I think I may have changed the URL’s as I can not even get into the word press to change anything and the website has gone funny!!

It only says Internal Server error 500

I wondered how I can get back in to the site but I can not find a contact number to call anyone at word press for advise.

If anyone could help me that would be great, but unfortunately I hopeless when it comes to the technical terms of these things so it would need to be explained like I am an idiot (which I feel like right now lol)
