Comment Author link Nofollow not working!?

For some reason the nofollow attribute that is set automatically by WP for comment author links isn’t working on my site.

I checked the comment-template in WP Includes and the the nofollow attribute is there.

I just can’t figure out why its not working when I check the source code or use a nofollow highlighter tool.
