Is there any wordpress plugin for members only by zip code?

Hi All

Recently I am working on our community webpage for local residents.

I am looking for a plugin that can allow only members who register within 5 local zip code to post their questions, submit their events registration. All other login outside the listing zip code should be block.

Example: The web is only for the residents from zip code listing below in Singapore to join us as member during their registration.

Zip Code:
12341 – with subsidy cost for event
12342 – with subsidy cost for event
12343 – with subsidy cost for event
12344 – with subsidy cost for event
12345 – without subsidy cost (residents outside the estate)

I need to have criteria below for the plugin:
1) Only people from the residents area with Zip Code above can register for the members.

2) When the users login, only members with link to zip code above can register for the events with subsidy cost.
