• Hi,

I got a perhaps more server related issue. On my development server I am running wordpress, woocommerce with plug-in; WP-All-Import. Whenever I import an xml, the plug-in is able to create/update about 250 products per minute.

I successfully migrated this website to my clients’ deticated server, which has way more processor speed and memory.

My problem is that the importer is a lot slower now (about 60 products per minute) and the website or any wp-admin is page is not accessible (keeps loading and loading) while the import is running.

Does anyone know what I can do about this? I have a feeling it has something do with some php or mysql setting on the server, but unsure which one.

    Thanks a lot,

    Matthijs

I think I may have narrowed it down. When I use a different browser during the import, the website runs fast and smooth.

It seems like I can not have the import running and browse the website at the same time.

Is there perhaps a php setting that limits the connection between client and server?
