    1. Install Unicode Tamil font and keyboards on your computer. Do Google search to find them. The internet has ample information, sources and help about all this.

    2. Then use your computer’s keyboard to type Tamil text

    3. Choose Unicode charset in your wp-config.php
    define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');

    That should do it.
