How to re-order pages?

  • Hello,

    How can I reorder my pages? I have three (more will appear in the future) right now:

    About
    Contact
    Newsletter

    But I want to move the Newsletter page before the Contact page. How can I do that on the horizontal bar that contains the pages.

  • Go to Appearance > Menus from your admin dashboard, then drag & drop the menu items in the order that you want.

    If you have not yet created a custom menu, then click the link that reads create a new menu, give it any name you want, add your pages to the menu (check off the pages on the left and click the Add to Menu button), drag & drop the menu items in the order that you want, click the Save Menu button, then click the Manage Locations tab and set Menu 1 to the menu that you just created.

    Then every time you want to add a new page to the menu, go back to Appearance > Menus and add it the same way.
