Hi Mike,
I have a few questions.

1. Is there a ‘pay-to-contact candidates’ feature on the resume manager? If yes, how do I add that into my website? Eg. I pay $50 and I can contact up to 5 candidates.

2. When a candidate fills up the resume form, I am supposed to approve the resume on my backend. Possible for the resume manager to blank out or remove any contact information that candidates typed into the forms, so that employers can’t see the contact details on the website?

3. I know that there is this feature of limiting resume visibility/contacting of candidates to certain roles/capabilities. And there is this capability of has-active-job-package. How do I do that? I I am not sure how to do the php editing.

Briefly,

1. You can limit who can view contact details, but the payment + member system would require another plugin
2. As above
3. You need to use the snippet I believe you are referencing. If you aren’t comfortable using or adapting that code, you’d need a dev.

Hi I purchased the Jobera theme and the WP Job Manager came with it.

1 & 2. Any idea what plugins would that be?

Hi I have installed the code snippet plugin and installed it in my wordpress. And I have then done the instructions as per this page.

But, to no success. Employer with job package is still unable to view resumes. Please help. Thanks!

Something like https://pippinsplugins.com/restrict-content-pro-premium-content-plugin/. I haven’t really experimented with them that much so you’ll need to do your own research into membership plugins.

If you got the plugins with Jobera in that case, support requests for ‘premium’ plugins need to go straight to Jobera on their forum. I have nothing to do with the author of Jobera and his company. I only support users who purchase a licence via the correct channel.

?? I tried asking them and they asked me to go directly to wpjobmanager. I do hope someone out there can help me.

I know its confusing for end users – I tried to convince them that distributing premium plugins themselves would be a bad idea, but the author didn’t listen. Since they are distributing the plugin (resume manager), they need to support you.

I’d happily help, BUT, the request would need to be made via my support area and you’d need a valid licence for the product (https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/resume-manager/).
