PayPal Plugin with variable dollar amounts

I need to allow my “customers” to choose how much to pay, but I want to set a minimum amount and a maximum amount for each category. This is for a non-profit selling sponsorships (the sponsorships are the categories).

Each sponsorship level (or category) is from, for instance, $1 to $9.99 or from $10 to $24.99, and so on for several levels. The users or “customers” need to choose which level they want and then type in the exact amount they are paying for their sponsorship. The plugin should catch amounts that do not fall within the range for that level of sponsorship. I also need the plugin to capture the name, address, and email address of the sponsor. It would be nice if I could also include a checkbox that says something like “Please add me to your email announcement list.”

I’ve been trying one plugin after another and haven’t found one that can do that. Or, if it can, I haven’t found the way to set it up.

Does anyone know of a plugin that will do that? I am trying to stay with free or low-cost plugins, as our non-profit has a very small budget.
