I moved a site from an old domain to a new domain. Most of the calls to the NextGen CSS files and JQuery files changed appropriately, but 4 URLs to fancybox JQuery files did not. They are still trying to access these files on the old domain name.

    For example:

    https://olddomain.com/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/lightbox/static/fancybox/jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.css?ver=3.9.1'

The is no reference to the domain name in the NGG tables and I cannot find the old domain anywhere in the options table. This is a complex install and I do not want to have to uninstall and reinstall the plugin.

I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, but that did not work.

Where did NextGen record the old domain name so I can change it? It is not using the values in the siteurl or home keys in the options table.

  • You can change these in the Gallery > Other options > Lightbox effects > Show advanced settings – change your URLS in there

I have the same issue BUT the plugin will not save my changes and it is driving me nuts so now, things do not work as it is looking for files on a server that do not exist AND it will not save the changes I make to point them to the proper server.

    Thanks Lock-N-Load,

That did fix the problem with this site.

I have moved sites using this plugin several times, but never ran into this issue before.

    Kudos to ya!

@lock-n-load – Thanks for helping out. Please see my response in your topic which may help (i.e. Reset Option).

@wpdogger – Manually updating works well, but using the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options also works and often times fixes those stubborn sites with migration related issues.
