Background colour change to my blog only – pages still ok

Hello

My site suddenly shifted on me .. The pages of my site are fine, but the blog portion of the site no longer displays a white background. It displays as red – the same red as the design of my site. Result? My blog posts are practically illegible.

I don’t believe I changed anything although I did update to more recent versions of WP and of various plug-ins recently. I didn’t notice the problem afterwards, however.

Any suggestions on how to fix this (ideally without having to play around with the code – I’m not the one who designed my site) would be greatly appreciated.

Note : thinking perhaps a plug-in was interfering, I disabled each, one by one. No improvement.
