Create a report page

Hi, i’m trying to create my own plugin for my own facility and i’m having problem to create a php file as a report. if i add the page to wordpress, when i open it it shows the admin menu to the left as well.. i don’t need that.. if i try to open it without adding it to the wordpress i can’t retrieve data from database(i have to make the connection)
