    Hello,

I wanted to use this plugin for our website, I’m getting an error when I try to activate the plugin.

    We are using WordPress 3.9.1
This is the error we’re getting:
Plugin cannot be activated because of a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpcm() in /customers/1/a/f/turksvoetbal.org/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/wp-club-manager/wpclubmanager.php on line 402

    Any ideas?

  • Hi Turksvoetbal,

Sorry your having problems activating the plugin. This isn’t a problem that has been reported before so am guessing it could be related to a conflict with another plugin. What other plugin have you got installed?

    Thanks

Ive also tried deactivating all plugins and only activating WP Club Manager. Doesn’t seem to work..

That was going to be my next suggestion ??

The error implies that the WPCM function is already declared when you try to activate the plugin. If it was an error with the plugin I would expect to know about it by now as this would be happening to everyone.

I don’t know where it could be being declared though. If not another plugin, maybe your theme? Otherwise the only thing I can suggest is that you try a fresh install of WP, add WP Club Manager then if it works move stuff over from your existing site.

Is there any way to fix this if it is declared in the theme?
