    THEME COFFEE MONKEY

You would have to ask the theme developers since they are not hosted on the WordPress theme repo.

The problem is that the creators are not going to update them.
I had a theme before that was an older version that didn’t need any tweaking before upgrading versions, I’d like to know how I can tell if the theme needs updating or not.

The www.remarpro.com support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on www.remarpro.com. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere.

If not here, where am I supposed to find help?

If the theme developer will not assist, you may want to consider hiring someone to look into this for you.

Why is this a problem? All i’m asking is IF someone know something they tell me.

Would you rather have a thread with nobody replying and not know why?

No. I’d rather have people say something other than just hire someone.

The “someone” knows how to check to see how to upgrade the theme, that is all i’m looking for. How do check to see if 1) I need to change anything before upgrading to a newer wordpress version and 2) If I do need to change something, how I do it.

If people don’t reply I just assume no one knows how.

I’m not trying to be rude (promise), I just am looking for knowledge on the subject matter.

    Thank you.

We allow threads regarding commercial themes on the forums because there may just be someone that knows the answer, but you need to drop your expectations of support because officially we do not support commercial products.

I have zero expectation that some HAS to fix it for me. I only expect that IF someone knows something that they share it.

I understand it is not an official WP template and you take no responsibility for it (nor should you).

I spent $40 upgrading a template for 3.9 and it turned out nothing needed to be done. The template didn’t need any changes. It took the developer 3 minutes to do it. I was okay paying him because he did what I asked, but i’d rather not pay $40 for 3 minutes of work if I can avoid it.

Thank you again for any and all help you can give.
