Sender field not set by CF7 when using Amazon SES

I’m using Amazon SES (WP SES plugin) to deliver emails sent through Contact Form 7.
Right now, the “sender” field (“from”) is overwritten by Amazon SES, so it disregards the settings in Contact Form 7.

How can I fix this and have the “from” field set by the contact form?
