Post display in selected page

  • Hello Sir,
    I use columnpost plugin for my wordpress site. It works properly, but now i face one problem in it. In my site, there are the categories. and three pages. Now I want to display one categorie’s post on page. same as others. I try to use shortcodes with category id in pages but it not work.

  • The same for me. I use the shortcode to display categories on pages and sub-pages. It worked fine in the beginning when i put the category ids, but now it doesn’t work anymore for some categories…

    I use category blog page from menu. and it works.

    what do you mean by “category blog page from menu”? Can you explain more detailled?

    If you create categories for post. Then you can create menu of category.
    from Appearance->Menus. Where you find Pages, Links and at last Categories. I use that categories. and my work was done.

    I see. But then the posts are not shown in columns. And that’s the main purpose of the plugin.

    Sir I use that plugin also. And use category blog page. then my work was done successfully.

    But where do you tell the category blog page to use the plugin?

    Sir you have to edit CSS also. and i use php fumction for display fix number of characters on page

    Ok. CSS editing is too advanced for me.
