Causes WP Touch Pro to be disabled

Bluehost, my service provider, enabled W3 Total Cache to help my website run smoother but it causes the plugin, WP Touch Pro to be disabled. How do I resolve the conflict with the two plugins? Essentially to make sure that the site still appears as it should on mobile devices.
