Contact Form 7 Datepicker

Hi

Firstly, first post and hi to all. Total newbie and need advice help.

I am using Contact Form 7 Datepicker but the date is in as standard MM-DD-YYYY. I want the format to be DD-MM-YYYY.

I have searched the web numerous times and am not able to find my answer. I did manage to get the plugin and am happy with it but just need to find out how I can change the date format.

Please explain exactly where I need to go and what to change, add if possible.
