Is it possible to make a particular post mobile-friendly?

So we’re trying to make a feature article displaying the top 20 songs of the year so far. We’ve been working hard on rollover images, anchors etc. to make the post aesthetically-pleasing. Unfortunately when viewed on mobile, it doesn’t look so great and all the rollover images are spaced out weirdly and obviously don’t ‘roll over’ as there’s no mouse to click with.

Is there any way to make just this post more mobile-friendly without affecting previous posts? Or perhaps get only mobile users to be redirected to a separate version of the post that we would make more mobile-friendly?
