Dynamic select box in Contact Form 7

Hi,
I used Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension for a dynamic text-field, this works perfectly.
I now want to add a dynamic select box to my form, which is not possible with the plugin. I added the Advanced Custom Fields plugin to add a check-box list to my pages and inserted the form in a template. So when I make a page I can select all the possible values for the select-box.I found a lot of discussions and solutions but I am unable to implement any of them in my setup; or maybe they don’t work anymore because of their age (updates between then and now.)
