Unable to Update site

  • We are able to log into the site, but nothing shows on the screen other then the left side titles. When I click on “Media”, “Add New”, for example, nothing happens. This is how all the links are right now. Although the Photo Gallery works. Nothing else does. I can’t even see my name at the upper right top as I normally would. When “Dashboard” is clicked, nothing happens. I have had the site for a few years and this is the first time this has happened. How can we get our site edited? We are able to view the website, but can’t update anything. https://tssminnesota.org/wp is the site.

  • If possible check the server error logs. I should think there is an error being generated at a certain point in time that blocks further processing of scripts.

    It can be:
    – your WP site needs an upgrade
    – your plugins need an upgrade
    – one of your plugin is now conflicting with the WP install

    If it is upgrades that are needed then remember to take a backup before you do it.
