• I’ve asked before how to have blogs in multiple languages but this is different. Now I’m wondering what is the best way to have the entire site with no blogs multilanguage. I want the user to be able to click a button and have it in English or French, and there will not be a blog section on the site. This is easy without using WordPress since it’s not needed but I think it’ll be faster with it. Any ideas? I looked through the plugins and they seem to be based on blogs only.

  • Well, this is a blogging support forum. Whatever you want to do without using WP… it’s your business and we do not offer support for your extra-WP projects. Sorry.

But I want to use WordPress and a WordPress plugin. All I’m saying is that it won’t have a blog on it, I’m removing that from it.

You can’t “remove” any blog. You just could use WP as a CMS – that’s what you want. And in November you asked something similar and I gave you a link to an article about how to use WP as a multilingual CMS. Just read it.

I didn’t realize Gengo did that as well, it’s not in the description. But it works, thanks.
