WP backit Up freezes when pressing Back up button

    Sorry you are having issues with WP BackItUp. You are quite a few releases back on WordPress so I am sure the issue has something to do with the WordPress version. Is there some reason you are so far behind the current release?

    Let’s see if we can figure out what is going on and get it resolved for you. Please open a support ticket on the WP BackItUp site and I will send you troubleshooting instructions.

    Sorry for the inconvenience but WP BackItUp currently supports WordPress versions 3.8 or greater. I have updated the compatibility on WordPress.
