"screen-reader-response" Needs to be more descriptive

When you get an error on the form, the screen-reader-response is usually:

Please fill the required field.
Please fill the required field.
Please fill the required field.
Please fill the required field.
Please fill the required field.
Please fill the required field.

Now screen readers aren’t going to love that. Which forms need filling in? Which ones did I miss? etc.

Having done testing with sightless people who use screen readers, the computer reads out “Please fill the required field.” several times fast without any indication of where they are on the form, what they were etc.

I think we need to add a title to the response:

“Please fill the required field Name.”
“Please fill the required field Address.”
“Please fill the required field Email.”

Or if you can combine it into one line.

“Please fill the required fields: Name, email and password“
