Woocommerce not calculating tax

I’m working on a store for a client, using woocommerce.
The settings are to enter prices excl. tax – but showing them incl tax in the store and in checkout.
We only need one rate, so I’ve created a single line in the tax settings, using no country or areas.

But in the store it shows the price excl tax, and when I enter the short code
{price_including_tax
it also shows the price excl tax.

Anyone had and fixed a similar problem?
