Admin email only triggered upon activation, not registration

I’m trying to figure out why emails are not being sent correctly from the plugin. Do you mind filling out the form found at https://newuserapprove.com/problems-sending-emails/. Using that information I’d love to work with you to figure out the problem.

Any update on this? I’m also experiencing this issue. It seem the admin email notification is triggered once the user activates his account – not upon registration.

All other emails seem to work fine.

I have a possible fix but it needs to be tested. If you are experiencing this issue, I invite you to download the plugin at https://github.com/picklewagon/new-user-approve/releases/tag/1.7beta.

I installed the 1.7beta and experienced the same problem. FYI, I had never used this plugin before, so it was a fresh install.

If anybody has issues with this in the future, please open a new topic. I’d be happy to help you resolve the issue.

Test this using version 1.7 of the plugin. If you are still having an issue fill out the form at https://newuserapprove.com/problems-sending-emails/ and I’ll work with you to get it fixed.
