Styles Twenty Thirteen won't activate

    I am using styles and Styles Twenty Thirteen. I just updated to the latest version of WordPress as well as updated the 2013 theme. After updates i lost all my styling and have this message:
    Styles is almost ready! To add theme options for Twenty Thirteen, please install Styles: Twenty Thirteen.

    But it is allr eady installed and activated. i tried several times to deactiavte it and deleted it. After deletion and re installation it isn’t recognizing that it is activated. I go to the customize panel and all the options aren’t there. can you tell me how i can get this to work..frustrating!

    this problem was a plugin conflict with MailChimp for WordPress Lite. once that plugin was deactivated the problem was solved and all my styling was back and in order!
