JigoShop support stopped responding

Hi:
My store has not been able to take orders since I updated to Jigoshop v1.9.6.After getting a response from Jigoshop support, where they said the issue was my site, I investigated and found my site and Host were meeting or exceeding their requirements.
After Jigoshop support blamed my site, and I responded (on 17 June) disagreeing and identifying no issues except in Jigoshop, they never replied back again.
My visitors have not been able to puchase product since 12 June, and I am really getting bothered by the lack of support from Jigoshop right now.
Is anyone else experiencing a Jigoshop support outage?
