confused newbie

Ok, I’m looking to ad some hacks to my blogger but i just can’t figure out where to start… you can see my blog at https://www.ericastravels.com/blog I can’t remember what version i installed. The folders are ADMIN | IMAGES | INCLUDE. I just downloaded the latest nightly build and it has a folder called CONTENT… Now from what i can read up, i need a file called my-phphacks or whatever the name is. I can’t find this file, nor any info on how to make it… Can someone point me in the right direction please?
