No Import Joomla link after installing plugin

    I installed the FG Joomla to WordPress plugin by downloading the zip file and unpacking it in the plugins directory, and then activated it using the WordPress admin. However even after the plugin is activated, I don’t see any import Joomla options in the Import menu under tools. Has anyone experienced this before?

    The plugin should be located in the directory wp-content/plugins/fg-joomla-to-wordpress
    Then, on the Tools > Import screen, you should see: “Joomla (FG)”
