WooCommerce side bar not showing up on Shop page

I’ve seemed to try everything I can’t get anything to work.

I am using the Harmony theme by Elegant Themes.

For some reason my WooCommerce side bar (with the check out/cart) is not showing up on my shop pages. I’ve searched through almost all of the forums on here and I followed the directions on solving the issue like this user said:

I also tried following the directions under the “Using Hooks” section on this page:

but the hooks /coding seemed to already be placed in the functions file as mentioned.

I tried using the Widget Areas plug-in to create the Shop page sidebar, but that isn’t working either.

I have the WooCommerce Cart Tab plug-in enabled but it is not how I want my site to look – I would rather have my cart in the side bar with all additional widgets instead of on the hover tab.
